There is absolutely NO OFF HOUR PICK UP AVAILABLE!
While the Cozy Inn Pet Resort is closed to the public on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Your pet will always receive excellent care. Our resort technicians will be with them. Thank you, we appreciate your consideration of observing the hours we are open to the public.
Pets picked up by 12:00PM will not be charged for that day. The rates are from day of check-in (no matter what time of day you arrive) to 12:00PM the following day. If you pick up after 12:00PM, you will be charged for that day.
If the Resort's policies, prices, and hours are not agreeable or not acceptable to your given situation, we would rather you utilize another facility than upset our controlled environment. The Resort's prices, polices, and hours are absolutely non-negotiable.
Extra Processing Charge $25.00 (and up) will be added to your bill for excessive belongings a labeling personal possessions.

5+ daily med | Leash-walk | Diabetics | Supervision Outside and Use Caution. A fee starting at $15 per day will be applied for, Sling walking, special handling, post-surgery, physical challenges and physical therapy.
